- Customer Inquiry
- We receive physical samples, reference images, specifications or drawings from the customer.
- Feasibility Evaluation
- Our engineering team analyzes the product design, materials, and technical requirements to determine production feasibility.
- Quotation & Lead-time Estimation
- We consult with our long-term suppliers to provide cost and production lead-time estimates.
- Sample Development
- We purchase parts from suppliers and develop samples. We conduct electro-acoustic performance testing using professional measurement systems such as DAAS to make sure the sample meets the required specifications.
- Sample Refinement & Approval
- We send samples to the customer for evaluation. Adjustments and improvements are made based on feedback until final approval.
- Order Confirmation & Deposit Payment
- The customer places the official order and provides a deposit to confirm production.
- Material Procurement
- We purchase parts from suppliers for mass production.
- Mass Production & Quality Control
- We conduct incoming material inspection, mass production and final testing. We run a 100% sweep test for all products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Packaging
- We provide custom color box or carton packaging according to customer requirements.
- Shipping
- We arrange shipment through freight forwarding partners, or deliver to customer’s designated logistics providers.
- After-Sales Support
- We provide continuous after-sales support to assist with any inquiries, technical questions, or additional requirements.
