OEM Service

Following is the general process for our OEM service.

  1. Customer Inquiry
    We receive physical samples, reference images, specifications or drawings from the customer.
  2. Feasibility Evaluation
    Our engineering team analyzes the product design, materials, and technical requirements to determine production feasibility.
  3. Quotation & Lead-time Estimation
    We consult with our long-term suppliers to provide cost and production lead-time estimates.
  4. Sample Development
    We purchase parts from suppliers and develop samples. We conduct electro-acoustic performance testing using professional measurement systems such as DAAS to make sure the sample meets the required specifications.
  5. Sample Refinement & Approval
    We send samples to the customer for evaluation. Adjustments and improvements are made based on feedback until final approval.
  6. Order Confirmation & Deposit Payment
    The customer places the official order and provides a deposit to confirm production.
  7. Material Procurement
    We purchase parts from suppliers for mass production.
  8. Mass Production & Quality Control
    We conduct incoming material inspection, mass production and final testing. We run a 100% sweep test for all products to ensure quality and consistency.
  9. Packaging
    We provide custom color box or carton packaging according to customer requirements.
  10. Shipping
    We arrange shipment through freight forwarding partners, or deliver to customer’s designated logistics providers.
  11. After-Sales Support
    We provide continuous after-sales support to assist with any inquiries, technical questions, or additional requirements.
